UN Reheats the Global Warming Hoax
The UN knows it is running out of time to use the global warming scam for its socialist agenda. It's been almost twenty years since the scam was started and there are absolutely no ill effects that can be positively linked to global warming.

In a last-ditch attempt to attack democracy and the free market, the UN has released the last of four studies trying to prove its case against common sense. This fourth study is being called a "synergy."

The major problem with this new "study" is that its results are based on the previous three studies which are known to be flawed. The claims of the new study include massive flooding, starvation, heat, etc.

Interestingly, the "study" wouldn't specify exactly what would happen nor by any quantity. It used the typical fear-mongering of the left that the first to suffer will be the elderly, the poor and of course, the children. The left must always hide behind the children.

You see, the Kyoto Protocol, which the US smartly refused to accept, is expiring in 2012. While the major polluters are the developing nations, only the healthy, productive countries were to be held to the Kyoto Protocol's strict guidelines. Apparently, the UN believes that global warming is a continuing threat because the US wouldn't join the Kyoto Protocol. That's right, 300 million people are somehow responsible for the pollution of 6 billion other people who were part of the accord.

Global warming is a hoax not because the climate may get warmer, but because it is not caused by human endeavor nor can it be changed by human endeavor. The Earth has gone through numerous changes in the weather over the eons. The "study" even admits that the world was warmer over 1300 years ago.

This is an important point. Over 1300 years ago, there was no industry, and there were hardly any people by comparison. So, how could the Earth have warmed during periods when people could not possibly have any effect on the climate? The answer is simple. It is called weather and it changes as well as has cycles.

The UN study will have you believe that it is warmer now because there is a higher amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The problem with that claim is the fact that CO₂ levels have been far higher in periods of extreme cold such as the Ice Age.

Now, lets look back just a few years ago. In 1991 we experienced one of the coolest summers on record. 1994 was a similarly cool year. We are still experiencing record cold weather from time to time. That should not be occurring, if the theory of global warming is true.

The fact is that all life on this planet is carbon-based. The byproduct of carbon-based life is CO₂.

If the liberals are truly serious about global warming, they should set an example. Close the UN. Send all of the diplomats to their respective homes. They can have virtual meetings using the internet. There is no need for them to drive their high-emission, gas-guzzling official vehicles around New York. There is no need to maintain the air conditioning and lighting and other power consumed by the UN. There is no need for endless flights to and from New York for these fear-mongers.

Oh yes, Al Gore, please stop buying phony carbon credits and simply practice what you preach to everyone else.
