Stupid Responses from a Stupid Man
McCain
makes a brilliant move. Actually, two! On the final night of Obama's acceptance
speech, McCain repeatedly ran a classy ad simply congratulating Obama on his nomination.
He followed it up the next day (today) with his announcement of Republican Governor
Sarah Palin as his running mate.
Obama, instead of thanking McCain for his congratulations
went on the attack. He sent out his spokes-hole Bill Burton. Here's what Burton
had to say in response to the announcement of Palin:
"Today, John McCain
put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a
heartbeat away from the presidency."
Let's see, Obama is the former...NOTHING...of
anything who has absolutely no foreign policy experience, except a spineless response
to the Russians after they invaded Georgia.
It seems that the first thing that
worried Obama was her past experience, hence the reference to her being a former
mayor of a small town. However, what Obama and the democrats can not deny is that
Governor Palin is far more experienced in making executive decisions than both
Obama and Biden put together. They will attack McCain saying the same is true
of him, but that's incorrect. McCain was a naval officer who made command decisions
that included matters of life and death.
Later in the day, Obama tried to distance
himself from the comments of Burton by saying it was a "hair trigger"
response. What? Obama now has to distance himself not only from his spiritual
advisor, Reverend Wright, his friend and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, friend
and rapper Ludacris, friend, business partner and convicted felon Antoin "Tony"
Rezko, but his own spokesperson?
Hasn't it become painfully clear that Obama
has made and keeps making poor choices in both his political and personal associations?
For at least 20 years Obama has followed leftists, some violent, some criminal
and all stupid.
The Republicans now have a vice presidential nominee that has
far more experience and good judgment than the democrats' presidential nominee.
Then,
other democrats tried to downplay McCain's choice by saying that if he were really
a Maverick, he would have nominated Joe Lieberman. They said Joe Lieberman would
have been a great nominee for VP. Joe Lieberman has so much experience, the democrats
said. They said McCain should have picked Joe Lieberman. Really? If Lieberman
is so great, why didn't the democrats nominate him?
With the addition of Palin,
suddenly McCain appears much younger while Obama and Biden look so very old and
tired.
