The Inept One Finally Says It: "I screwed up."
Obama
had been asked whether he stood behind his pick of democrat Tom
Daschle for Secretary of Health. Obama emphatically said, "Absolutely!"
A short time later, Daschle removed his name from contention. It is reminiscent
of presidential candidate George McGovern and his "1000%" backing of
his pick for his running mate, Thomas Eagleton, who was discovered to be mentally
ill.
Daschle was the third Obama nominee to be removed due to conduct that was
at the very least unethical and more likely criminal. A fourth troubled nominee,
Obama's pick for Secretary of Treasury, Timothy
Geithner, was hastily confirmed after it was learned he was a tax cheat.
Obama,
being interviewed, said, "It's important for this administration to send
a message that there aren't two sets of rules. You know, one for prominent people
and one for ordinary folks who have to pay their taxes." However, there are
two sets of rules. Obama has hired a tax cheat to head up the IRS. He also broke
his own rule about no lobbyists by appointing William
Lynn.
Speaking in an interview on NBC Nightly News (the National Obama Corporation),
a frustrated Obama finally admitted what we all know about him, "I'm here
on television saying I screwed up." If Obama truly believed he "screwed
up," then why doesn't he remove Geithner?
Barack Hussein Obama, the man
who promised a nation "change," is surprised that almost all of his
choices, which are Washington-insiders, have issues. Obama himself still refuses
to release his own records. Obviously, he's hiding things that are so terrible
that not even the staunchest liberals could stomach.
Obama is by far the most
inept person ever to be elected to high office. It is clear he hasn't a clue how
to govern. He came from the slime of Chicago politics and has surrounded himself
with even more slime. At some point, the American people will realize that he
is slime, too.
Obama is so inept that it still feels like he is running for
office. Everything he says and does appears to be a campaign stunt. If the consequences
weren't so serious, this would be laughable. America doesn't have time for an
idiot liberal to pretend he's in charge. It's time to throw this bum out of office.
If his election had been a wedding, we'd be asking for an annulment.
