Liberal Press Can't Handle the Truth
I Lewis "Scooter" Libby was tried and convicted by the liberal media and a court that refused to allow evidence to be presented that exonerated him.
Columnist Robert Novak detailed his interview with Joe Wilson regarding Wilson's wife and former CIA operative, Valerie Plame. Novak said, "It was an off-hand remark to a question I asked in an interview I requested. This was not a conspiracy in the federal government to go after Valerie Plame Wilson."
However, the liberal media couldn't let facts stands in their way. The truth is Valerie Plame went by her married name and that Wilson was more interested in how he was portrayed by the media. He wasn't concerned at all about his wife or her identity.
Valerie Plame was not a covert CIA agent at the time of the story. There was no leak. Just hype from the liberal media attempting to control politics. In fact, Novak was attacked by his fellow journalists for telling the truth. The only conspiracy that existed was within the ranks of the liberal media.
Novak said, "I was stunned by how little editorial support I received. I was under assault from editorial writers from across the country. It is startling how little is known about this case by the people who are commenting on it."
