Democrats' Photo-Op Backfires
Nancy Pelosi, the hypocrite democrat blew her party's photo-op in Syria. Pelosi, who can't keep her mouth shut (not because she has anything to say, but because she's had almost as much cosmetic surgery as Michael Jackson and far too much Collagen injected into her lips), got upstaged by Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Pelosi, who attempted to embarrass President Bush by visiting the capital of the terrorist stronghold of Syria, picked the wrong time for her trip of ignorance. You see, Iran kidnapped 15 British sailors and marines in Iraqi waters. The "crisis" took Pelosi from center stage as the British were able to diplomatically out-maneuver Ahmadinejad and gain their release.

Saying that it "will never happen again" without admitting any wrongdoing killed two liberal birds with one stone. Ahmadinejad had to release the British hostages and pretend it was a "gift" to save face and avoid a military response, while Pelosi posed for pictures that will only be shown on Republican TV spots come next election.

Pelosi got lumped in with Syria, Iran and Ahmadinejad. Bush took the high road and outsmarted the democrats again. Bush stood strong with the British. Pelosi and the democrats slinked back under their rocks and hid much like Saddam and bin Laden.

The democrats are on the same collision course as the one that brought a Republican landslide back in 1994. They have yet to pass even one thing on their liberal agenda since taking control of both the House and the senate.
