Party Crashers Symptom of Obama's Culture of Ineptness
Last week, two uninvited guests attended Obama's state dinner. Michaele and Tareq Salahi not only "crashed" the party, but they also were photographed close enough to both Obama and Biden to have killed them with a knife from the event's kitchen. The immediate focus of the intrusion was on the Secret Service. There were multiple checkpoints through which each guest had to pass before finally entering the White House dinner. This included a metal detector. However, as mentioned that would not prevent a guest from grabbing a weapon that was already inside the event such as a kitchen knife.

The uninvited couple was trying to get onto a reality show on the Bravo network. Bravo has denied any involvement or knowledge of the scheme. However, Bravo (which has virtually no ratings) is owned by NBC (which also is in a ratings slump) which is owned by General Electric which is in deep financial trouble. General Electric was depending on saving itself by producing green technology for the now exposed manmade global warming hoax. GE has been trying to sell NBC to Comcast to raise capital before it too joins the Obama bankruptcy graveyard.

The Secret Service has not released any details, except it has taken blame for a security lapse. Three of its agents have been put on administrative leave. However, the security lapse may not have been for the Salahis gaining access to the White House; at least not directly.

The security lapse may have been the poor job of vetting Obama's party czar (White House Social Secretary), Desirée Rogers. Rogers has made a career of getting to where she is via Affirmative Action and most recently by becoming friends with the Obamas while working in Chicago. Obama has not been known to be very choosy with whom he associates.

As the Secret Service appears to be taking the fall for the intrusion, attention is now starting to focus more on Desirée Rogers. Like most of Obama's nut jobs, she has a past and it's been documented. In an interview with BizBash magazine, Rogers boasted about uninvited guests at events she ran, "Lots of people just come anyways. They won't take no for an answer. Finally, I just said, 'All right, come on in. It's no use kicking you out.'"

From this, it's not much of a leap in logic to realize that Rogers was trying to further her party career into the world of television by allowing the Salahis access to the event. She has boasted that Obama is the best "brand" on the market and treats Obama as a product that needs marketing on networks such as Bravo. Since the Obamas have circled the proverbial wagons to protect Rogers; it's obvious that they approved of her lax behavior with regards to White House access. It's also very possible (probable?) that Obama's big ego wanted the Bravo puppets at the event. Obama loves attention.

In other administrations, the social secretary was at the door working the event. Rogers invited herself as a guest and did not delegate anyone to take her place. Rogers probably didn't want anyone doing her job at the door because the fact is anyone could have done it.

Updated 02/26/2010 Desirée Rogers announced that she is resigning from the Obama administration. She stated that the reason was that she had completed her mission of turning the White House into the "people's house" by opening it up to people who are not normally able to visit. That's a fancy way of saying that she screwed up on the job by allowing uninvited "guests" into official White House events. Rogers' exit is really a quiet termination by Obama. Obama can't afford any more mistakes on his watch. There has already been three terrorist attacks on American soil in less than a year of his inept administration; while President George W Bush kept America safe for eight years after the terroist attack of September 11, 2001. Rogers says she will look for more work in the corporate world. It's doubtful that her next job will have anything to do with corporate security. Maybe she can get a job at a party shop?

Obama, not being the wisest occupier of the Oval Office, will do one of two things. He will either throw Rogers under the bus like Reverend Wright, Bill Ayers and others or he will protect her. There may be more of a past between Obama and Rogers than is currently known. Michelle may be keeping her friends close and her enemies even closer.
