Obama Supporters Face Grim Reality
The day following Obama's win was marked by the US stock market closing almost
500 points lower. Today wasn't much better with another 400 plus point loss. Investors
are not taking any chances with a socialist about to come into power.
On the
international scene Russia's Putin made his move to retake the presidency of his
country. At the same time, he furthered his plans of placing missiles near Poland.
Iraq's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, told Obama to change America's policies
towards his terrorist state. Kenyan's celebrated Obama's victory by dragging the
US flag on the ground and hoisting it upside down.
Obama spent the day working
on setting up his staff. His first move was to make democrat Rahm Emanuel his
chief of staff. Emanuel is known for his rudeness and one-sidedness. He once sent
dead fish to a pollster that displeased him and he told the UK's Tony Blair not
to "F$%K it up" before a meeting with Bill Clinton.
Optimists said
Obama chose Emanuel because he is Jewish and it would send a message that the
US still supports Israel. The fact is Emanuel is an outspoken supporter of the
Jewish state. However, as Obama's chief of staff he will no longer be able to
vocalize, unless Obama tells him to do so. So, this was more a promotion to shut
up a powerful democrat. Obama has no intention of supporting Israel no matter
what he says.
Then Harry Reid
met with Joe Lieberman. Lieberman, a democrat, had endorsed John McCain for president.
After the meeting, Reid said he was deciding on whether or not to remove Lieberman
as head of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. So
much for bipartisanship in an Obama administration.
The
liberal media is still protecting Obama. All they talked about was what breed
of dog Obama should get for the White House and more lies about Governor Sarah
Palin.
Yet, Tom Brokaw did mention that we don't really know anything about
the real Obama. He also noted how strange Obama acted at his acceptance speech
after winning the presidency. Obama's wife, Michelle, was wearing a very strange
dress that made her look like a Black Widow spider. All she was missing were the
fangs. Obama then gave his family the Bum's Rush to be alone on the stage, trying
to control everything. Traditionally, the victor's family shares the moment. Maybe
it's a Kenyan tradition not to do that.
America is in serious trouble. With
a spineless socialist as a president without any experience other than giving
long speeches that sound good but say nothing, it's only a matter of time before
the economy is completely destroyed and America's enemies attack.
Where is Captain
