No
NASCAR BAM for Obama
The Barack Obama campaign attempted to gain a foothold
in NASCAR, apparently wanting some support from the grassroots people of America.
You know, the ones that Obama said cling to guns and religion.
The Obama
campaign had an agent who contacted BAM Racing that is in need of a sponsor. This
agent proposed that BAM Racing attempt to connect with "all three presidential"
campaigns. Maybe they were including Hillary Clinton who has still refused to
concede or release her delegates.
Angry
NASCAR fans flooded BAM Racing with emails and phone calls. BAM Racing responded
with a politically correct statement about remaining non-political. Translation:
Fans told BAM Racing that Obama can go to Hell.
Obama, the candidate with
no position on anything, or at least no position he's willing to maintain, has
been moving to the right. His internal polls show that Hillary's supporters are
more to the center of the political spectrum and far closer to McCain than they
are Obama. Also, independents favor McCain. Obama can not win without either.
As he moves to the right, he looses more and more of his liberal base, which happens
to be the most vocal.
To add more misery, Obama's fund raising has fallen
flat. It seems that the Hillary supporters are not willing to financially support
this spineless liberal. Apparently, Obama's internal polling showed this as Obama
quickly went back on his word to follow campaign finance reforms and continues
to grab every penny he can.
So, when Obama speaks of change, he more than
likely is not talking about the kind of change you may want. He's talking about
leaving you with nothing except some change in your pocket, if he can't get to
it.
