No Change and No Apology
Remember
during the campaign when Obama attacked President Bush on his wiretap policy?
Obama promised to end the practice, if he were to be elected. That has all "changed."
Obama has decided he likes the secrecy and immunity of wiretaps, so long as they're
his wiretaps.
Obama ordered his minions in the Justice Department to make
a motion to dismiss a case that was brought against the Bush administration for
wiretaps. The suit was Jewel v. NSA (National Security Administration). Obama
claims he's worried that national secrets would be divulged.
While the wiretaps
of Americans calling and receiving calls from suspected terrorists outside of
the US kept America safer, Obama's supporters are upset to say the least.
Unfortunately,
Obama is not using the wiretaps for national security. He is using them to spy
on Americans in America without regards to terrorism. Remember, Obama has declared
that the war on terror is over and that there are no terrorist actions only "man-caused
disasters."
No, now Obama supporters and the rest of America should
truly be concerned. We have a socialist in power and socialists are not known
for ever giving up power voluntarily. Obama is going to use the information gleaned
from wiretaps to counter his political enemies, which are not America's enemies.
The
policy was used judiciously by President Bush. Obama will use it maliciously.
At the very least, Obama should apologize for his criticism of President Bush
regarding the wiretaps.
Obama's supporters now are caught between the proverbial
rock and a hard place. They have elected a tyrant. In two short months in office,
he already outspent every administration before him combined! He is set to tax
everyone and the country into poverty. Now, Obama is eavesdropping on everyone,
even if they're just calling their neighbor across the street.
So, Obama
supporters who demanded change and transparency in government, how do you like
it so far? It was your stupidity, ignorance and misguided vengeance that put this
monster into office. It's time for the remaining few of you to remove your Obama
stickers from your car's bumper. While people may remember you were a stupid/ignorant
Obama supporter, leaving the sticker on the car will remove all doubt of how stupid
and ignorant you continue to be.
