Newspeak - Same Old Doubletalk
Remember
the big Obama campaign promise of a "tax cut for 95% of all Americans?"
Forget it about it. It's off the table. In Obama's world, words mean nothing.
Like milk past its expiration date, they stink and are worthless.
However, that
hasn't stopped Obama from re-labeling everything. Don't forget, we no longer call
the terrorists captured on the battlefield enemy combatants. No, they're simply
"detainees." Then the real Obama misnomer came today. We no longer have
a war on terror. It's now an "overseas contingency operation."
Unfortunately,
for the inept and stupid Obama, that doesn't really explain what the Department
of Homeland Security is doing domestically. The failed former governor of the
border state of Arizona, Janet
Napolitano, is now in charge of protecting us. Mexico can hardly be called
"overseas." Maybe she'll rename the domestic part of the war on terror
a "domestic disturbance." She's as inept and ignorant as Obama.
Napolitano
is so such a stupid woman that she says we can't use the word "terrorism"
for acts such as homicide bombers and the cowardly terrorist attacks of September
11, 2001. No, this imbecile says that they are to be called "man-caused disasters."
This is equating the murder of thousands of innocent people with a freeway pile-up.
It's surprising that she wasn't more politically correct and said, "human-caused
disasters." After all, there are women terrorists, too.
Like George Orwell's
novel "1984" some 25 years late, Obama is obfuscating everything from
the economy to the war on terror with "newspeak." "Newspeak"
was a language that the totalitarian government of "1984" used to control
the population. Like our own liberal media lies, the population in the novel could
never escape the propaganda.
With the Obama administration, it doesn't end with
just simple words and phrases. No, tax cheat Timothy
Geithner actually explained that the new overspending and taxation in the
Obama economic plan is the cure for the past overspending and taxation. You don't
understand? Don't worry, it doesn't make any sense. It's "just words -- just
speeches."
Today, the president of the European Union, Czech Prime Minister
Mirek Topolanek, told the European Parliament that Obama's economic plan has put
the United States "on the road to hell." He went on to say that the
EU must avoid doing the same stupid thing.
So, it really doesn't matter what
Obama and his little minions say. It means absolutely nothing. Obama can't even
speak without a teleprompter. On top of that, he reads whatever is put on the
teleprompter. He doesn't even know what he is saying. It's time to throw the bums
out of office.
