More Evidence the Left Fears the Truth
The leftist, tyrant dictator of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, pictured with Fidel Castro, wants everyone to believe that he is a nice, fair individual who allows freedom. To prove it, he has ordered that any foreigner who expresses a negative opinion about him to be expelled. At least he's not imprisoning or killing them as he does his own citizens.
Chavez said, "How long are we going to allow a person, to come to our own house to say there's a dictatorship here, that the president is a tyrant, and nobody does anything about it?"
That's pretty funny in that he came to America and called George Bush the Devil.
The left here in the US are now taking a lesson from him. The wacko democrat front organization called MoveOn.org has ordered its liberal activists to boycott Fox News. They refuse to appear in interviews on Fox. They want their liberal minions to boycott advertisers on Fox.
Ironically, the leftist anti-free speech group recruited 5,000 volunteers to watch Fox to produce a boycott list. That means that the most-watched news channel in the US will get an extra 5,000 viewers. The fact is that Fox has more viewers than all of its rivals combined. Readership of liberal newspapers is at an all-time low.
Liberals are cowards. What they fear most is the truth. Fox News doesn't throw out softball questions to any of its guests, be they conservative or liberal. So, many democrat politicians won't come onto Fox for an interview.
The liberals are not only cowards, now they are also stupid. No one who already watches Fox News is going to stop watching. More are likely to watch given the added publicity. Since the cowardly liberals won't appear on the most watched news, the conservatives will enjoy a free ride. As a matter of fact, if liberals don't show up on Fox, it could only be an improvement. Liberals tried boycotting Snapple because of Rush Limbaugh. Snapple sales went to record highs.
Don't believe TLG, just look at CBS' liberal newscaster Katie Couric. The worst ratings ever for CBS news. Why? Because people don't like the liberal viewpoint. Why did far-left radio's Air America go bankrupt? Because people don't agree with them and therefore don't listen. Why are NPR and PBS non-profit? Because they couldn't earn enough to stay on the air without subsidies, as virtually no one watches and no one listens.
Liberals will never figure it out. The public has heard their socialist, anti-American messages and they have rejected them. The economy is strong, the country is safer and it is due to conservatives, not liberal democrats.
So, the next time a liberal tells you what to watch, just tell them to move on.
