Accepting the Award...
Al Gore accepted the award for his science fiction movie, "Inconvenient Truth." Of course, the liberals in Hollywood called it a documentary. It also won the award for Best Song for the toe-tapping (not), "I Need to Wake Up." The song's title is appropriate when you think about Al Gore.

In accepting the award, Gore said it's "not a political issue, it's a moral issue." Oh really? Remember how Gore and his followers claimed character doesn't matter? Remember how Gore illegally raised campaign money? Remember how Gore sued in a failed attempt to overturn the voters? Remember how Gore said it was Bill Clinton's private life while terrorists embedded their cells in the US?

Let's look at some "Inconvenient Facts." Gore's movie broke the Academy's rule for documentaries. While reenactments are allowed, they must be based in documented fact. Gore claimed that Polar Bears drowned because of melting ice. There isn't one documented case of that ever happening.

Gore and junk scientists claim that CO₂ is the cause of global warming. While there really is no proof that the climate is warming and lots of evidence that it is not, CO₂ is definitely not the cause. Looking at geological evidence, 450 million years ago, Earth was in an Ice Age. At that time, CO₂ levels were more than ten times than what they are today.

Furthermore, Gore's measurement of the Polar ice caps is inaccurate. Antarctica has actually had a massive increase in ice. As for the Arctic, it has shown dramatic decreases and increases over the recent years since measurements began. Much like the "hole" in the ozone, it's a cyclic thing, not impending doom.

As for record high temperatures across the US that Gore cited, it is not unusual for various cities to set record high temperatures. If he had chosen the cities at random, rather than using a liberal bias, the numbers would show nothing unusual at all. What's even more ironic is that every time Gore opens his big mouth about global warming, the US experiences record cold temperatures. Blizzards have shut down much of the nation's transportation on both the ground and the air. On January 15, 2004, Gore went to New York to give a speech on global warming, the city experienced one of its coldest days in recorded history.

This is evidence that nature always tries to maintain balance. When a big, fat liberal like Gore opens his mouth, the Earth responds with a cooling trend to off-set all the hot air. All joking aside, Al Gore is a liar and a fear monger. He will say and do anything to achieve his political goals.
