Obama Celebrating a Hollow Victory
With the exception of only three traitors
voting for the spending bill, all of the Republicans voted against it. The only
"bipartisanship" was seven democrats that voted against it. However,
the democrats hold the majority in both houses and did not need the Republicans
to help pass this massive spending scheme.
So, while Obama and the democrats
slap each other on the back congratulating themselves, most are wondering what
the big deal is. Only absolute idiots would think that the vote was so amazing.
It would only have been amazing if it didn't pass.
What is amazing is that absolutely
no one read the bill including Obama who will sign it without reading it.
During
the campaign, Obama promised Americans that they would be given at least five
days to examine any such legislation. The democrats later promised 48 hours. In
actuality, it was less than 24 hours and it was given to lobbyists first.
The
senate passed the bill in the middle of the night, when most crimes are committed.
Obama will sign it in a huge photo-op. He will use many pens and hand them out
to the morons and traitors that supported
this theft of the American people.
Like one of those "grab bags,"
you know the price, but not what's inside. When the bill is finally examined,
don't be surprised that the only "change" you get from Washington will
be what's left jingling in your pocket. Don't let it jingle too loudly or they'll
come back to take that, also. Oh, and if you think that this is the end of our
economic woes, you're wrong. This is just the beginning. Look for the sequel in
the near future.
The silver lining for America, if there is one, is that the
only thing Obama united was the Republicans.
