Between Barack and
a Hard Spot

The
democrats have painted themselves into the proverbial corner. Hillary and Obama
have their party almost split into perfect halves. Unfortunately, neither candidate
is close to being perfect for America.
Here's the democrat party's dilemma.
There is absolutely no way the democrats are going to let Obama be their nominee.
This is evident after he was winless in the Northeast, which is where the democrats'
power brokers call home. Never mind that Ted Kennedy endorsed Hillary, you can
bet old Uncle Teddy and many of the dead voted for Hillary.
The reason the
democrats will not allow Obama to be the nominee is because he would win. For
Obama to become the next president would mean that not only was the first black
elected to the most powerful office in the world, but he was also a democrat.
That sounds like a contradiction, but it's not. You see, if Obama wins, then the
democrats are out of business.
The democrats have spent the last 45 years
trying to portray themselves as the defenders of minorities. Actually, the exact
opposite is true. They have made minorities, especially blacks, dependent on government
handouts. If a black man should reach the White House, then the struggle is over.
Remember how hard the democrats tried to keep the Republican choice of Justice
Clarence Thomas off of the US Supreme Court? What all citizens need is opportunity,
not handouts.
The democrats' "Super Delegates" will see to it
that Obama is out of the picture. The fix is in.
Now, for the second half
of the democrats' problem: If Hillary wins the nomination, she will lose. Not
because of McCain or any other Republican. She would lose against anyone. She
is arguably the most hated woman in the history of US politics. She lies, cheats
steals, destroys reputations and maybe even kills. Hillary herself has said that
she would do anything to get back into the White House.
So,
either way the democrats lose. If by some miracle, such as dead people voting
early and often, Hillary becomes the president, then democrats will really lose.
It is doubtful Hillary would be able to finish her term before being impeached.
She can't just throw a lamp at the real issues as she does when Bill strays. Hillary
would make Jimmy Carter look good. Hillary would give the term "misery index"
a whole new meaning.
Ironically,
the best the democrats can hope for is to have McCain win. No one has worked better
or harder to make democrat policies a reality than John McCain. When those liberal
policies fail, the democrats can then blame the Republicans, as usual. By 2012,
the democrats will be beyond either Hillary or Obama.
