More Democrat Hypocrisy on Display
Liberals are synonymous with hypocrites. Recently, we've had Bill and Hillary attack Bush for commuting Lewis "Scooter" Libby's unjust sentence after Bill not just commuted, but pardoned 141 criminals, many of whom contributed to the Clintons and their family.

Last weekend, it was Al Gore's Live Earth scam where tons of jet fuel, gasoline and electricity went to waste in combating Al's big lie, global warming just to promote Al Gore. You know, the Al Gore who keeps telling us he's not running for president.

Now, we have Borris Miles. You probably haven't heard much about Borris, until now. He is a newly elected democrat from Texas of all places. After his unparalleled display of hypocrisy this past Sunday night, TLG is sure that there is more to come.

Miles was fixing a leak on the second floor of his Houston home he is building when he heard a noise downstairs. He discovered two men trying to steal copper wiring from the construction site.

What did Miles do? Did he call the police? No. He pulled out a gun and shot one of them in the leg. Miles claims that one of the men threw a pocket knife at him. Yeah, right. You know those deadly flying pocket knives.

Now, TLG is all for gun ownership and protecting private property with appropriate force. However, using deadly force on someone trying to steal copper wiring? So far, Miles has not been charged. However, that is not where our story ends. It's just the beginning.

You see Miles is a former law enforcement agent, well, almost. He actually received a BS in Criminal Science and the closest he's been to law enforcement is being a member of the State of Texas Auto Theft Prevention Board. Apparently, he didn't learn much about law enforcement from Sam Houston State University.

Now, here's where our story gets more interesting. Miles is an anti-gun wacko. He has been doing everything in his power to keep you, the honest citizen, from enjoying your rights under the Second Amendment. He recently opposed a bill that would have given Texans the right to use deadly force to protect themselves.

Miles, by the way, has a license to carry a concealed weapon. Apparently, he feels that deadly force is appropriate against some bums trying to steal copper for recycling cash.

So, this is just another example of a liberal elitist democrat trying to keep you from protecting yourselves with your Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. All the while, he's a pistol-packing, trigger-happy lunatic.

Democrats, they're always looking out for you. Watch out, Miles. Senator John "The Abulance-Chasing Breck Girl" Edwards may just represent the victim and sue you for shooting the poor victim in the leg.
