Obama has the Gitmo Blues
An
inexperienced and incompetent Barack Hussein Obama didn't realize what a problem
he created for himself when one of his first actions in office was to issue executive
orders that included that he would close the prison at Guantanamo Bay known
as "Gitmo" by January of 2010. He had no and still has no plans for
the 241 prisoners held there.
As TLG previously stated, Obama first suggested
transferring them to the US Marine Base at Camp Pendleton, CA, just north of San
Diego. Obama's pea-sized brain failed to realize that housing the murderers of
US Marines in the same base that houses the Marine families of their victims was
a bad idea. San Diegans, both democrats and Republicans, rose up in anger and
Obama's stupid idea was put to rest.
Last Tuesday, the senate handed Obama
an embarrassing defeat when it voted 90-6 to strip funds from the budget that
would have been used to close the island prison. Basically, Obama finally saw
an example of bipartisanship in the senate as it came together to oppose his lunacy.
Senate
majority leader democrat Harry Reid
said, "We don't want them (terrorist prisoners at Gitmo) around." However,
his number two senator, democrat majority whip Dick Durbin said he didn't have
any problem with housing the terrorists here in the United States. Durbin said
that we already house terrorists in our prisons. The FBI Director Robert Mueller
didn't agree; saying there would be significant risks housing the types of terrorists
that are currently in Gitmo.
However, after thinking about it, maybe Durbin
is right. Durbin is a US senator from Illinois, the home state of Chicago. They
already have Obama's friend, terrorist Bill
Ayers, walking the streets. They had the racist
reverend Wright preaching for decades. Almost all of their governors have
been convicted of felonies. Chicago is where Obama's house is; right next door
to the convicted
felon Antoin "Tony" Rezko who sold it to them for under market value.
Chicago is the perfect place for criminals and terrorists.
