Obama Legally Admits He's Not Qualified to be President
It's no longer a rumor. Barack Hussein Obama has legally admitted that he is not
a natural-born US citizen. According to the US
Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5, Obama is not qualified to
be president.
What happened is that a former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General,
Philip J. Berg, a democrat by the way, filed a lawsuit that alleges that Barack
Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama claims. He is therefore "ineligible"
to be president.
A democrat federal judge threw out Berg's
lawsuit saying that he lacks standing. The case will be appealed. Plus, there
are still seven other similar lawsuits pending. Obama isn't out of the woods by
a long shot. Too bad that Obama and his democrat judges don't feel
that the American people have "standing" in the courts. After all, it's
we the people who are the government. Welcome to ObamiNation. |
Berg said that he would dismiss his lawsuit, if Obama could produce
his US birth certificate. Instead of simply producing the document and ending
the lawsuit, Obama had his lawyers fight the lawsuit on the grounds that Berg
does not have standing in the lawsuit. This means that Obama is claiming that
Berg has no legal interest in Obama's citizenship. The judge, R. Barclay Surrick
(appointed by Bill Clinton, of course) of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,
disagreed and gave Obama 30 days to produce the vault copy of his birth certificate.
He issued no extensions.
There are many ways to fight a lawsuit and drag it
on for what will seem like forever. Ignoring the lawsuit is not one of those options.
As a matter of fact, that is one of the first things taught in law school. Of
course, Obama won't release his Harvard Law School transcripts, either. In ignoring
the court order, Obama has essentially admitted everything alleged by Berg's lawsuit
to be fact.
For the past week, Obama has been announcing that he will leave
the campaign trail to visit his "gravely ill" grandmother. He finally
went to Hawaii, yesterday. To most people, "gravely ill" means you have
to go now! More than likely, Obama went to his grandmother's house, the
woman who raised him, to look for some sort of old documentation that he can use
to further obfuscate the question of his citizenship. Note that his wife, Michelle,
and their children did not go with Obama to visit the "gravely ill"
woman who raised Obama.
TLG doesn't question the status of Obama's grandmother's
health. It is Obama's true motives that are in doubt.
There are seven other
such lawsuits filed against Obama in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia,
Hawaii, New York and Washington.
Obama has released a document that is simply
the registration of live birth from Hawaii. However, that is not a birth certificate
and carries little more weight than someone just stating that they exist.
What
happens next is unclear. Most likely, it will be a motion to order the removal
of Obama from the election. As the ballots are already printed, Obama's name will
still appear regardless of when he is removed. If John McCain wins the election,
the matter becomes almost moot. It may still proceed and follow with charges against
Obama for election fraud. If Obama "wins" the election, it will be voided
and the next candidate for president with the most votes would be declared the
president elect. This would more than likely be John McCain.
Of course, this
would go to the courts much the same way that Al Gore tried to sue to become president
in an election that he lost, even after three recounts. If you'll recall, Gore
contested the Florida votes. If he had simply won his own state of Tennessee,
Florida wouldn't have mattered. However, the people that knew Gore best voted
for Bush.
Although, the democrats will argue that Joe Biden should be declared
the winner once Obama is removed, that is not how it works. Once it has been declared
that the Obama/Biden ticket was illegal, no one on the ticket is eligible. Until
one takes the oath of office, they are not the president or vice president. Of
course, then Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, will attempt to assume control,
until there is a new election. That won't happen, either. John McCain will be
president.
All of this has been caused by the liberal media that refused to
ask questions of the democrats and the democrats that failed to do a simple background
check on their candidate. They were far too worried about Joe the plumber's private
life and Governor Palin's wardrobe. Ironically, Obama, who wants to be president,
can't even get a Top Secret security clearance.
