The City of Berkeley
- A Shining Example of Liberal Hypocrites
Just when you think the City
of Berkeley has done the most stupid thing possible, they go and do something
even more stupid. Before we look at their latest moronic action showing their
impotence, let's review just a few of their previous hypocritical blunders:
- Banning the American Flag from city fire trucks
- Voting to impeach
George W Bush
- Wanting to expand the campus of UC Berkeley, but tree-huggers
won't let them
Now, the Berkeley city council, in the tradition of
educated idiots, has passed an ordinance to remove the US Marines' recruiting
office from within their city. The ordinance, like most of the Berkeley city council's
actions, has no legal authority and the Marines aren't going anywhere.
Noting
that the city has every right to make stupid pronouncements; pronouncements that
are protected under the First
Amendment (the amendment that is safeguarded by the Second
Amendment and maintained by the US Marines and the other branches of the armed
forces), there is a move in congress to revoke all federal funding for the city
of Berkeley.
While Berkeley is home to some of the most liberal cowards
in the US, it is suspected that the Marines have a recruiting office to give their
children a chance to escape the insanity.
Liberals are fond of telling America
of how tolerant they are. That "tolerance" does not include American
flags, Republicans and the military. Let's meet the mental midgets of Berkeley's
city council:
