Another Liberal in Denial
Adrian Fenty, mayor of the slum called Washington DC, just can't believe that his liberal city's anti-gun law was overturned by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Fenty said he will defy the court by enforcing his illegal ban on firearms.

Fenty, like most liberals, just don't want citizens to be able to defend themselves. You see, an armed populace is a dangerous populace for liberals. They realize that they can not truly govern with liberal tyranny, until the citizens are disarmed.

Of course, they claim that they are doing it for the public good. Some may actually believe that. You must realize liberals are idiots. Yes, most liberals are educated, but an educated idiot is nonetheless an idiot. Also remember, liberals are hypocrites. They can't have law-abiding citizens owning guns. It's an unfair advantage over criminals and liberals who will still have guns.

Fenty and his anti-gun ilk claim we need gun control. Oh really? Isn't already illegal to murder someone? Besides using two hands, how much more gun control do you need? Maybe Fenty and his liberal band of idiots should first try disarming criminals. Why doesn't Fenty set the example by disarming his city's police force?

What part of the Second Amendment does Fenty not understand? It is a fairly simple statement:

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

The liberals try to obfuscate the issue by distorting the meaning of the word "militia." They want you to believe it means the US military. It doesn't. It means an army by and for the people. A militia is an army of the people. In colonial days, the tyrants that governed tried to disarm the citizens by using the military. The forefathers realized that after writing the First Amendment, they needed something to defend it from the government, hence the Second Amendment.

In any event, the first part of the Second Amendment is the reasoning. Agree with it or not, the fact is that the last part, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed," stands alone. It's the right of the people, Fenty.

Fenty is threatening to appeal. Does he really want to do that? It's doubtful he will prevail. If the US Supreme Court ever has the chance and accepts the opportunity to hear the case, once and for all the Second Amendment will be untouchable. All anti-gun laws infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens. That means the liberals will lose all possibility of control, and that's something they can't stomach.

It's really hard for liberals to accept the truth. The truth is violent crime decreases when the citizens are allowed to exercise their Second Amendment rights. Like Rosie O'Donnell, the anti-gun crowd are hypocrites. They still have armed protection while they try to deny you that same right.
